Six diameters. One reliable drive train.

The YD range shares a common hydraulic architecture across all six sizes — 31.5 MPa at the pump, 1,500L reservoir, redundant electric motor drives — so spares and operator training transfer across projects. Cutting heads are configured per ground condition (soft, mixed, or rock), and segmental lining erectors are available as a factory option.

Multi-origin components

German hydraulic pumps, Italian proportional valves, Japanese encoders, Taiwanese bearings — specified per customer tolerance for import regime and budget.

31.5 MPa hydraulic thrust

High-pressure circuit delivers thrust through ground conditions ranging from soft clay to weathered rock without swapping cutter assemblies.

250m cable reach

Outer operating platform rides behind the TBM on 250m power and signal cables, keeping operators clear of the face during long drives.

Segmental lining ready

Erector arm and segment feed conveyor available as factory option for applications requiring precast concrete lining.
