Construction Types

Four constructions. One certification trail.

LSAW and SSAW for large-diameter pipeline and transmission service; ERW for mid-diameter utility and water; seamless for high-pressure and sour-service oil and gas. Every lot ships with MTC EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, hydrotest, and full NDE records — documentation matching the PSL2 acceptance criteria.

LSAW (longitudinal)

Dual-side submerged arc welding on large-diameter mother plate. Preferred for transmission pipeline, onshore and offshore.

SSAW (spiral)

Spiral submerged arc on coiled skelp. Fast, economic for mid-to-large diameter water, oil, and low-pressure gas lines.

ERW

Electric resistance welded for mid-diameter utility service. Fast, steady, and suitable for coating lines.

Seamless

Hot-rolled hollow section without a longitudinal weld. Chosen for high-pressure oil and gas, sour service, and wellhead tubulars.
