Optical quality across the full bed.

The PG2442T couples a high-convection heating chamber with a dedicated quench zone to produce tempered glass meeting EN 12150 and ASTM C1048 standards. Zoned top/bottom heaters compensate for coated, laminated, and low-E product without burn spots. Factory training and supervised commissioning are included on every line.

Convection + radiation heating

Two heat-transfer modes in a single chamber keep coated and low-E glass flat and visually clean through the cycle.

Full-bed quench

305 kW dedicated to the cooling blower array — enough pressure head to temper thin (3mm) architectural glass consistently.

Zoned power control

Top/bottom zones independently programmable, so edge-to-centre temperature profile matches the product mix.

FAT + training

Factory acceptance test is conducted in China with your QA team present. Training on startup, shutdown, and recipe edits is included.
