Engineering Detail

A workhorse low-temperature initiator.

INTEROX LP (dilauroyl peroxide) is one of the most widely used low-temperature initiators in PVC, PVAc, and acrylic polymer manufacture. 10-hour half-life near 65 °C makes it well-suited for suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, and for emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate. We supply with available transport documentation such as shipper declaration, IMDG packing evidence, and temperature logging where supportable.

Low 10-hour half-life T

~65 °C 10-hour half-life makes LP a primary initiator for moderate-temperature VCM suspension reactors.

Paste form

Paste consistency allows safe transfer and dispersion in aqueous initiator pre-mixes without additional solvent.

Cold-chain shipping

Reefer container with continuous temperature logging. SADT respected from factory through destination port.

Regulatory clean

REACH-registered supply route, SDS in EN/CN/AR, IMDG declaration prepared ahead of vessel ETA.

Compliance & Documentation

Documentation that clears customs and survives audit.

Chemical shipments require more paperwork than steel or equipment. We supply the full file with every formal quote — verified against current export and destination-country regulations before payment release.

Identification
CAS no., HS code, and UN no. (where applicable) supplied with formal quote, matched to your destination tariff schedule.
Safety & Quality
MSDS / SDS in EN/CN/AR, GHS classification, and COA per lot issued before shipment. REACH status confirmed where the destination requires it.
Export & Origin
CO Form A/E, packing list, B/L, and commercial invoice issued under our active Hong Kong import & export licence. Country-of-origin verifiable against factory registration.
Destination Permits
Many chemicals require an import permit in the destination country (Saudi SFDA, UAE MOCCAE, Iran MIMT, etc.). We confirm requirements before booking and flag long-lead approvals up front.

Documentation requirements vary by HS code, destination, and end-use. The list above is the standard package; project-specific certifications (e.g. food-grade, pharma-grade, halal, kosher) are quoted on request.
