INTEROX LP

Dilauroyl peroxide polymerization initiator. Paste-form INTEROX LP with active oxygen content 3.9–4.0%, stabilised for transport and storage. Used in PVC suspension polymerization, vinyl acetate, and acrylic monomer chemistry. IMDG Class 5.2, shipped under continuous refrigeration.

A workhorse low-temperature initiator.

INTEROX LP (dilauroyl peroxide) is one of the most widely used low-temperature initiators in PVC, PVAc, and acrylic polymer manufacture. 10-hour half-life near 65 °C makes it well-suited for suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, and for emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate. We supply with full transport chain documentation — shipper declaration, IMDG packing, and temperature log on delivery.

Low 10-hour half-life T

~65 °C 10-hour half-life makes LP a primary initiator for moderate-temperature VCM suspension reactors.

Paste form

Paste consistency allows safe transfer and dispersion in aqueous initiator pre-mixes without additional solvent.

Cold-chain shipping

Reefer container with continuous temperature logging. SADT respected from factory through destination port.
